Janet Secor, DO

Dr. Janet Secor graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High, received her M.A. Degree in Spanish at the University of Northern Iowa and her D.O. Degree at the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines.  She began practice as a business partner of Sara Sutton, D.O. for 6 years, and then was in solo practice for 5 years.  Dr. Secor joined Trimark Family Practice group for around 15 years, then joined Community Health Center of Fort Dodge and retired from office practice in July 2014 Dr. Secor still visits nursing homes, and does occasional house calls and serves as the Medical Director of CHCFD.  Her Hobbies include gardening, bicycling, singing, history, and camping along with various community activities.

Elizabeth Stoebe, DO

Dr. Elizabeth Stoebe was born and raised in Fort Dodge. She attended Sacred heart Grade School and graduated from Saint Edmond High School.  Dr. Stoebe graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Iowa Central Community College and she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grandview College in Des Moines, IA.  She worked as a nurse in surgical ICU and the Emergency Department at Mercy hospital in Des Moines.  She graduated from University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Science in Des Moines, IA. Dr. Stoebe practiced Family practice in Humboldt, Manson City and Fort Dodge and is board certified in Family Practice. She is married to Kurt Stoebe and they have 2 sons John and Gregory.


Lisa Chase ARNP

Lisa Chase has been a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Community Health Center of Fort Dodge since 2012.  She attended Graceland University and completed her clinical rotations in Family Practice, Geriatrics, and Pediatrics. Prior to completing her degree to practice, she worked as a registered nurse for several years in Medical Surgery, Emergency Department, Orthopedics and Gynecology.  Lisa enjoys seeing patients of all ages for health promotion, prevention, and care of acute and chronic illness.  In her personal time, she enjoys traveling and family fun with her husband, Mike, and two sons, Cael and Porter.

Michelle Ubben, ARNP

Michelle Ubben is a graduate of Allen College in Waterloo.  While in school at Allen College, Michelle was inducted into the National Honor Society of Nursing in the Sigma Theta Tau chapter and graduated with a GPA of 3.5 while also working as a nursing home RN and a hospital float Nurse.  Michelle received her Bachelor of Nursing Degree at Chamberlain College of Nursing in St. Louis, MO graduating with honors on the presidents list with a GPA of 4.0. Michelle started her nursing career working at Trinity regional in year 2000, and then worked at Mary Greeley Medical Center for 8 years.  Later, she worked as a school nurse at Eagle Grove, also taught nursing classes and clinical at ICCC, and worked for Hamilton County Public Health.     

Jennifer Zigrang, ARNP

Jennifer Zigrang graduated right here in Fort Dodge from ICCC with her RN in 2002. She has worked in many different specialty areas, but focused on emergency room nursing and OB/GYN. She graduated from Maryville University with her master’s degree in December 2015. She spent hundreds of hours in her clinical practicums caring for all ages of people – from newborn to the elderly and everyone in between. She holds her Advanced Practice Nursing Degree and has board certification in family practice which deals with all aspects of primary health care for all ages. Jennifer was born in Fort Dodge and has lived on the family acreage near Eagle Grove her whole life. She has been married for 31 years has 4 children, 1 granddaughter, 6 German Shepherds and 1 labrapoodle, (plus 1 cat that lives in the bedroom for safety).    

Jeffery Stahr, DDS

 Dr. Stahr came to us from Kentucky he received his Dental Degree at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He is an experienced dentist and has practiced in multiple settings. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Nurturing a lifelong love of learning, he has found that helping those in need to be a sublimely rewarding experience. His hobbies include backpacking and cooking.
