Dr. Elizabeth Stoebe was born and raised in Fort Dodge. She attended Sacred Heart Grade School and graduated from Saint Edmond High School. Dr. Stoebe graduated with an associate’s degree in nursing from Iowa Central Community College, and she received her bachelor’s in nursing from Grandview College in Des Moines, IA. She worked as a nurse in Surgical ICU and the emergency department at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines. She graduated from University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Science in Des Moines, IA. Dr. Stoebe did family practice in Humboldt, Mason City, and Fort Dodge, and is board certified in family practice. Dr. Stoebe serves as the medical director of CHCFD. She is married to Kurt Stoebe, and they have two sons, John and Michael.

Dr. Janet Secor graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High, received her master’s degree in Spanish at the University of Northern Iowa, and her D.O. degree at the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines. She began practice as a business partner of Sara Sutton, D.O. for six years, and then was in solo practice for five years. Dr. Secor joined Trimark Family Practice Group for around 15 years, then joined Community Health Center of Fort Dodge and retired from office practice in July of 2014. Dr. Secor still visits nursing homes and does occasional house calls. Her hobbies include gardening, bicycling, singing, history, and camping, along with various community activities.

She attended Graceland University and completed her clinical rotations in family practice, geriatrics, and pediatrics. Prior to completing her degree to practice, she worked as a registered nurse for several years in medical surgery, emergency department, orthopedics, and gynecology. Lisa enjoys seeing patients of all ages for health promotion, prevention, and care of acute and chronic illness. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling and family fun with her husband, Mike, and two sons, Cael and Porter.

Ann Feser, ARNP, joined the Community Health Center of Fort Dodge in December 2016. She graduated from Denison High School in 1993 and attended Iowa Methodist School of Nursing, graduating in 1997. Ann has worked in various fields of nursing during her career, including medical surgical, intensive care, cardiology, and emergency department. Ann completed her bachelor’s in nursing through Kaplan University. She attended the University of Cincinnati completing her master’s in nursing and nurse practitioner degree in 2012. Ann is a certified family nurse practitioner through AANP. She has worked in family practice and urgent care since starting her nurse practitioner career. Ann moved to Fort Dodge in 2007 with her husband, Jeff, and her daughters, Kaley and Taryn. In her personal time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. She welcomes patients of all ages for health promotion, prevention, and care of acute and chronic illnesses.

Terrilee has a heart for improving community health. She has worked in Iowa Community Health Centers since receiving her Master of Nursing degree from Clarkson College in 2014. She has experience with telemetry, labor/delivery, and providing care to veteran populations through the VA.
Terrilee finds endocrine and metabolic disorders especially fascinating. She enjoys helping patients with PCOS, obesity, diabetes, and age-related hormone symptoms. She is one of the few providers in the state of Iowa with certification in Advanced Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. BHRT is a medical treatment method, which is used to treat people with dropping or uneven hormone levels. It is generally used to help treat conditions like cancer, osteoporosis, perimenopause/menopause, fibromyalgia, thyroid issues, and adrenal disorders among others.
Terrilee also has certification from Cornell University in Plant-Based Nutrition and is passionate about using healthy nutrition to promote wellness and weight-loss to help her patients live their best lives. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Terrilee provides a full range of primary care services for patients of all ages at our Mason City location. Terrilee is married to her husband, Peter, with whom she shares two grown children, Loralei and Owen. When Terrilee isn’t caring for her patients, she enjoys working with her church youth group, hiking, scrapbooking, and experimenting with vegan cooking!

Jennifer Pudenz, ARNP joined Community Health Center-Fort Dodge in January 2021. She received her nursing degree from Trinity College of Nursing, Moline, IL in 2000. Over the years she has worked in a variety of clinic settings including: medical/surgical intensive care, neonatal intensive care and newborn nursery. She obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Clarkson College Omaha, NE in 2012 and is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. As a nurse practitioner she has worked mainly in family practice setting caring for patients of all ages, as well as urgent care. She has also worked as a massage therapist.
She is married and has four children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Bailey is a North Iowa native; born and raised in Charles City. She has over a decade of experience caring for patients in a variety of health settings such as family medicine, pediatrics, OBGYN, emergency medicine, cardiac step-down, and post-surgical units. She received her associate degree in nursing from North Iowa Area Community College in Mason City in 2013. Bailey went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from Walden University in 2018 and her MSN-FNP (Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner) from Walden University in 2022
She and her husband of 16 years, Ben, have 4 children and 3 dogs. They enjoy spending time cheering on their kids in their various athletic activities. When the weather is warm you can find the Schutz family doing anything and everything outdoors such as biking, hiking, kayaking, and fishing. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Bailey cares for patients of all ages for health promotion, prevention, and care of acute and chronic illness at our Mason City location.

Jennifer Zigrang graduated right here in Fort Dodge from ICCC with her RN in 2002. She has worked in many different specialty areas, but focused on emergency room nursing and OB/GYN. She graduated from Maryville University with her master’s degree in December 2015. She spent hundreds of hours in her clinical practicums caring for all ages of people–from newborn to the elderly, and everyone in between. She holds her advanced practice nursing degree and has board certification in family practice, which deals with all aspects of primary health care for all ages. Jennifer was born in Fort Dodge and has lived on the family acreage near Eagle Grove her whole life. She has been married since 1985, has two granddaughters, five German Shepherds, and one labradoodle, (plus one cat that lives in the bedroom for safety).
